How much notice do we need to give you for our orders?

We do require a minimum of 24 hours to make your Charcuterie Boxes, Platters and Boards. 

Graze Tables require more planning and prepping, please give a minimum 2 weeks notice.

We are closed on Mondays.

*Please note that weekend dates do fill up quickly!

Does someone need to be home for delivery?

Our products are fresh and require refrigeration so we do require there to be someone home to accept the order.

If an item is being given as a gift please prearrange the delivery time with the recipient. 

What if I have food allergies? 

Please note we offer Gluten-Free, Lactose-Free, Pork-Free, Vegan and Nut-Free options.

However, the kitchen facility is not nut - free, therefore we cannot guarantee our products have not come in contact with allergens. 

Can I customize my graze?

Our Graze Boxes are full of a variety of flavours but if there is something specific you do, or do not like, please feel free to let us know in the Special Requests Box under your item choice and we can make it happen.

How long does the food last?

 

Due to the wide variety of foods that make up a charcuterie box or board we cannot guarantee the freshness after 24 hours.  We always advise our customers to consume the product the day it is prepared.  It is important to store your charcuterie in a refrigerator or with ice packs until served.   

How do we get the boards back to you?

 

If you would like us to pick up the board(s) from your event (within 48hrs after) please select the BOARD PICK UP  on the BOARD menu. Alternatively, you may arrange to drop off the board(s) to our kitchen, following your order date.

Do you provide refunds?

Full payment is required upon placing your order online.

For Graze Tables we require a 50% deposit at ordering and the remaining balance due within 72 hrs of the event.

Should you need to cancel, please do so within 48 hours for a full refund on orders less than $500.

Orders in excess of $500 that are cancelled within 72 hours will receive a 50% refund. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund all orders cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.
